1. Twice-monthly 2-Hour Zoom Calls.

Quick Summary:
Check-ins and Wins: An activity where each woman shares her progress, wins, and key updates. It sets a tone of accountability and celebration.
Focused Hot Seat Coaching: Two to three women get a chance to present their current challenge or project, receive group feedback, and get coached by you or an expert.
Action Planning and Accountability: The session wraps with each woman identifying clear actions for the next two weeks and assigning accountability partners to ensure follow-through.
Monthly Themes: Each month will focus on a theme to do with leadership ascension where there will be teaching, integration/embodiment, and live Q&A. Q1 Intensive: Armored vs. Daring Leadership
Focus: Identify and release the “armor” you may wear as a defense and embrace daring leadership with a more opened heart.
Activities: Armor-shedding visualization, vulnerability practices, and real-world application exercises to practice daring leadership.
Q2 Intensive: Seasonal Archetypes & Feminine Leadership
Focus: Deep dive into the archetypes (Crone, Maiden, Mother, Sovereign) and how they align with phases of leadership and personal growth.
Activities: Archetype embodiment exercises, journaling prompts for each archetype, and group reflection on current archetypal energy.
Q3 Intensive: The Power of Energetics
Focus: Understand and harness your energy levels, learning to shift and control your energetic presence for impact.
Activities: 7 Levels of Energy exploration, exercises in managing and calibrating energy, and visualization practices.
Q4 Intensive: Reflecting, Integrating, and Envisioning
Focus: Consolidate growth from the year, integrate learning, and set powerful intentions for the future.

Can’t make the Zoom calls? No worries! You will have access to every session as they will be recorded. Right now our schedule is tentatively set for every other Friday between 3-5 pm EST. You will also have other ways to connect beyond the Zoom calls with your accountability partner, and in our group chat once you join. Plus, you are not locked into 12 months if you decide you want something different.
