Ready to shine and our need for community

Are you in a place where you’re feeling called to shine in your full brilliance?

It’s becoming crystal clear to me that I tend to attract heart-centered visionaries, who are purpose-driven driven, who haven’t fully owned their brilliance because 1. It's not been validated 2. They have shoved it down because they were criticized for it 3. They are afraid to let it all out because they don’t think folks can handle it 4. They aren't even aware of it!

My call is to help these women understand and unleash the full gamut of their brilliance so they can make their divinely designed impact.

I believe this year of 2024 will continue to be a challenging year on many levels.

And I believe we each need to be in a place where we can step up and speak out so that our voice connects with those meant to hear our truth. And operating from our core brilliance is how that happens effortlessly.

Are You Going to Heed Your Call?

How long will you wait before you unveil your full magnificence? If Queen Esther from scripture wasn’t ready to step into her power and leverage her authority as Queen, thousands of her people would have perished under her watch.

Your people need YOU. They need you to be in your full power and potency to fulfill your divine destiny.

I understand that it’s easy to get caught up in the business of life and to prioritize ourselves last. Because as women, it’s our default MO.

But honestly, the best thing you can do for yourself and for others around you is to prioritize the work needed to find Y-O-U.

You have very powerful gifts that will help transform people in your zone of genius, but to do that, you first must surrender, shed, and shift your way of being. 

You are meant to grow and evolve, come to a higher level of self-awareness, serve your tribe with grace and ease, and shine your light as the beacon you’re called to be. To fulfill your divinely designed destiny, your cup has to be filled and your modus operandi is going to look different than other people because you need to operate from a playbook that allows your brilliance to be fully unveiled! 

So what are you waiting for? 

With any growth or leveling up, it is crucial to have support from a guide who can help you remove the veils in the way of your sight and light and help you to value yourself for the precious blessing you are.

This is why my role and mission is to be the Brilliance Unveiler and serve and support women like you.

So many of us, myself included (in the past), feel we have to figure this stuff out on our own, but that’s simply not true.

Support is here for you in so many ways but YOU have to be ready and willing to receive it.

Why Community?

Community and connection are essential for growth, accountability, and encouragement. Most heart-centered leaders are more self-aware than others, but we can hide when we feel overwhelmed, face discomfort, or are thrust into a position of greater visibility. It can feel like just too much so we shrink back, play small, and tell ourselves, we’re just not designed for more.

But that’s just another narrative that holds us back and prevents us from believing the vastness of possibilities that are waiting for us to act upon.

The power of community, especially like-minded community, is that you have people who understand you and can hold the space for you as build the strength to hold the space for yourself.

As you ponder the role community can play in your life consider:

• Who are your ideal community members and what do they stand for?

• Who would you like to be in community with?

• What are some of your fears about being in community with others?

• What areas do you need the most support in?

I want to share with you two opportunities that I facilitate to allow you to tap into community on different levels.

1. Savvy Sisterhood Circle

I’ve hosted a few events with Keshawn Hughes and together, we have now opened the doors to our special intimate three-month group program —Savvy Sisterhood Circle!

This special circle Keshawn and I will lead will be virtual, so you can join from anywhere in the world.  In this transformative twelve-week circle, we will delve into the core elements that empower women to excel as leaders.

Savvy Sisterhood Circle will offer a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can connect with like-minded peers, share your experiences, and develop the skills and mindset necessary to reach new heights in your leadership role.
