I remember “ flying high” off a Women’s Catalyst Circle event I facilitated a while ago, Rhythm of Success, in partnership with the Maryland Innovation Center!

This WCC experience invited women to be intentional about their “vibe,” pivot their mental posture around their presence in their professional arenas, and befriend their body through rhythmic movement.

The ladies had the opportunity to engage in a fun physical movement and dance, led by Movement Maven, Erica Jones of Edesiagurl, and they truly let their hair down! It was so palpable that women are craving aligned community.

There was so much wisdom and deep insight that came from this Circle experience that many of the ladies desired more.

Our Need for Community

The power of community, especially impact-minded community, is that you have people who understand you and can hold the space for you as build the strength to hold the space for yourself.

The power and heart I bring to these WCC experiences is about connection, collaboration, and communication in community, without competition (yeah writer vibe here).

Every Circle experience is unique with the integration of my thought leadership in leadership development and personal growth.

And every Circle experience has shown me that when you are in an aligned community, you can make powerful connections and collaborate with like hearts and minds. After each event, the ladies start connecting with each other because the connection was forged in the Circle.

And that’s the vision. To create a community of aligned women seeking to grow, evolve and learn from each other in a safe sacred space while building organic relationships with each other.

There is no competition, just another relationship waiting to be made!
