Don’t get me wrong. Traveling to new exotic locales with mesmerizing vistas, scrumptious cuisine, and new cultures gives one a boost. It’s inspiring, fun, adventurous and thrilling!
But take a step back for a minute. Think of how much you’ve spent on travel in the last 18 months. You’ve gotten that boost, memories, some R&R, and maybe even made new connections. And that’s absolutely worth a lot!
However, consider the cost of continually deferring the inevitable—you know that guidance, accountability, coaching, co-creating, evolving, reflecting that is the source of any true transformational growth. The type of growth that can propel you forward in ways you probably can’t even imagine right now.

Because you see, even though the things like travel, designer handbags, entertainment etc., are acts of self-care and obviously important, and they give you that “sugar high,” they are not the things that change you from the inside out typically.
To evolve, reinvent, or to become a leveled-up version of yourself, you need to go deeper. And that’s the type of work I do with my clients that takes them higher, further, greater, bigger . . .
