Blaze Your Trail To Light the Way For Those Behind You

It’s Women’s History Month again and it’s time for us to be intentional, daring to achieve the heights of achievement that we know is possible for us. Many of us have an inner fire, drive, call, or purpose we know is meant for us. But often we never see that vision to fruition because we tell ourselves we’re not qualified, or we don’t have the time or resources, or the dream has passed, or someone better than us can do it, or any number of self-limiting sabotaging beliefs.

These are the beliefs that keep us tethered to playing small and not shining in our full brilliance. But I challenge you to consider, what if you’re meant to be someone’s “first”? What if the work you do, the thing you create, or the venture you launch is the very accomplishment someone behind you needs to see, so they can step into their purpose? In other words, what if your purpose is not just meant for you?

The way for us to move forward collectively is by supporting each other, pulling each other up the ladder we are climbing, or being advocates and allies for each other.

We need to stick together ladies. We need to collaborate, connect, and create together, because as a collective, that’s how we rise together. As a collective, as women supporting other women, we are an unstoppable, undeniable cadre of trailblazers, game-changers, and disrupters. We have the power, together, to change our society for the benefit of all. However you’re called to lead, we need you to step into your brilliance and walk out your purpose. Your people need you to create, inspire, build, innovate, and dream big.

That’s the heart and soul of impact. Raise your hand if you want to be a part of this movement.
