If this resonates with you, know that you're not alone. Many driven women, particularly high-achievers, find themselves in this exact situation, believing it's the only path to success. However, this approach often results in feelings of isolation, restricted professional growth, and a lack of valuable feedback and connections.

Imposter Syndrome

My Interview Anne Bonney on Dancing in the Discomfort Zone podcast

Sharing passionate energy with a like-minded woman is AMAZING and that is exactly the experience I had with Anne Bonney, CSP on her podcast “Dancing in the Discomfort Zone.”

We delve deep into my almost crippling experience with Imposter Syndrome and how I help women in my work as a leadership coach combat theirs.

We talk about what its like to finally stand in your truth and power and no longer buy into narratives that made you play small because you’ve been told you are “too much” or “too different.”

I share how speaking is something I avoided for years, until I had to step out as an entrepreneur 15 years ago and discovered a whole new aspect of myself speaking and interacting and bringing my energizing “Natalie energy.”

And we address the common habit of so many women to dismiss the strengths that come so easily to them as “no big deal,” when in fact it is the heart of their brilliance!

This 35-minute talk of Trading Imposter Syndrome for your Zone of Brilliance goes by fast and you’ll be so empowered after hearing it.

Anne is a PHENOMENAL host and brings her positive, potent energy into all her interviews, so I invite you to check out other episodes of her podcast and give it a 5-star rating while you’re at it.

Embracing the Power of A Success Squad

A Webinar about a Group Coaching Program led by Natalie Jobity & Keshawn Hughes

Are you ready to flip the script on the lone-wolf approach to success? Because let’s face it, we’ve all been there – thinking we need to figure everything out on our own. But guess what? There's a better, more nourishing way.

The concept of building a 'Success Squad' is a strategy I devoted a chapter to in my leadership empowerment book, It’s Your Time to Shine Girl. It’s your personal cheerleading team made up of mentors, sponsors, allies, and coaches. This isn't just a group of random peeps; it's a powerhouse of aligned backing that truly understands the unique challenges and triumphs you face—and a network that accelerates and elevates you faster than you ever could on your own.

Why go it alone when you can have a Succes Squad that gets you? A team that not only supports but also propels you forward with shared wisdom, vision, and those much-needed reality checks. This is about having people in your corner who aren't just there for the ride, but are invested in your growth and success.

Imagine building this type of ecosystem in a community of women, all with aligned goals and aspirations, dedicated to evolving and leveling up. This isn't just about individual growth; it's about collective empowerment. The accountability one receives in such a group is not just helpful, it's game-changing. I know firsthand how being part of a group like the 'Savvy Sisterhood Circle' can transform hearts and minds. It's a safe, inclusive space that is not just elevating and inspiring but also builds confidence. In such environments, women don't just work on their careers; they flourish in them.

Keshawn Hughes and my virtual group coaching community—the Savvy Sisterhood Circle (SSC) currently have a waitlist for their group coaching program. There’s something magical about being part of a group where your dreams, struggles, and victories are not only understood but also celebrated. SSC is more than a group coaching program; it’s a sisterhood. It's about amplifying each other's strengths, sharing wisdom, and growing together.

In this live webinar we conducted, we included two of our clients, Lisa and Alaina, to share their experiences working with us and being a part of a group coaching community. I promise you this discussion is more than worth listening to. Here are a few key takeaways from our webinar on Savvy Sisterhood Circle:

  • The context for why women need support, referencing data from the latest McKinsey survey on women in the workplace:

    • -Women are more ambitious now than ever

    • -Women are not given opportunities to get leadership development training to help them ascend up the ranks

  • We called this Savvy Sisterhood Circle intentionally because we tend to attract very smart, high-achieving women who may feel undervalued for their expertise. It’s a sisterhood because being solo and siloed is not the way to do career or life—we understand the importance of validation as we navigate the challenges of ascending the ranks. And a Circle because we are creating a safe, sacred space where women get to show up fully and vulnerably so our shared experiences are acknowledged, championed, or celebrated. This circle is part of what we call, your “Success Squad”!

Plus, this your invitation to join a community that’s all about elevating, inspiring, and building confidence. Together, we will journey towards our goals in a safe and inclusive space, transforming our careers and lives.

So, are you ready to ditch the solo struggle and embrace the power of collective wisdom and strength of the SSC? Sign up for Savvy Sisterhood waitlist and in this program watch as your career and personal growth skyrocket in a way you never imagined possible. Say yes to a journey filled with support, growth, and unstoppable success. Learn more and sign up today.

MY PODCAST

A New Leadership Playbook

A Live Stream Podcast Series in Collaboration with Neuro Coach Keshawn Hughes

Two women on a Zoom screen

Many professional women don’t realize how much they self-sabotage and minimize their leadership potential.

They think they’re operating in their full brilliance but truly they’re operating in a way that helps them conform to patriarchal norms, pleasing those they want to impress, and not being authentically, freely who they’re meant to be.

Because of this gap so many of us play smaller than we need, underutilize our skills and superpowers and attempt to lead by standards that aren’t typically the ways we best thrive and flourish.

In this live series, “A New Leadership Playbook,” Transformational Leadership Coach & Author Natalie Jobity, MBA, MPhil, and Certified Neuro Coach Keshawn Ridgel Hughes, M.S. engage in organic conversations about topics to help women define a new way to thrive professionally.

We’ll chat about topics ranging from building your personal brand to nurturing your success squad and discerning connection versus conformity. We invite you to reflect with us and share what healthy, successful leadership looks like for you and what you do to win and truly shine.

In the series, our hope is that we help our viewers:

  • Envision a bolder, bigger, brighter vision for themselves as leaders in their arena and embrace what leading like a woman looks like.

  • Address the mindset blocks, especially imposter syndrome and low confidence that derails so many women especially those in male-dominated industries, and discuss actionable strategies to overcome these.

  • Speak on ways to elevate visibility, self-promote, and self-advocate authentically.

  • And SO much more.

Unveiling Brilliance: Empowering Female Leaders to Make an Impact

My Interview Aubrey Johnson founder of The Road to Rediscovery podcast

In this episode of The Road to Rediscovery, host Aubrey Johnson interviews Natalie Jobity, a transformational leadership coach who helps high-achieving women tap into their full potential and lead unapologetically.

Natalie discusses the difference between breakthrough and transformational coaching, emphasizing the importance of implementing insights and embracing new behaviors for lasting change.

She shares her own journey of self-discovery and how she helps her clients overcome limiting beliefs and unleash their true brilliance. Natalie also highlights the power of disruption and the need for leaders to embrace their strengths and lead with authenticity and empathy.

Natalie's inspiring journey began with her move from the Caribbean to the United States, where she faced early struggles with self-esteem and imposter syndrome. Drawing from her own experiences, Natalie shares her expertise in helping high-achieving female executives unlock their hidden power and potential.

Key Nuggets:

  • Change happens when we take our insights and do something with it to move ourselves forward or to combat some obstacles we may have had.

  • The unveiling is unveiling the behavior that has been self-sabotaging, but the client or person didn't realize it.

  • When you can remove the obstacles to your impact and then embrace the strengths and brilliance, then your true brilliance can be seen.

  • The higher we get in the leadership realm, the lonelier it can be.

  • Leadership is about people.

  • Leaders who are not people-centric are not going to be great leaders.

Tune in to this episode to learn valuable strategies for overcoming self-doubt, embracing leadership roles, and making a lasting impact in your profession. Natalie Jobity's wisdom and insights are sure to leave you feeling inspired and ready to unleash your own brilliance.

Cultivating Your Leadership Presence: How To Lean Into Your Brilliance And Walk Into The Room With Confidence

My Interview With People Strategy Forum

Natalie Jobity with People Strategy Forum

What a GREAT dialogue I had recently with Sam Reeve and the leaders of People Strategy Forum on leadership presence, imposter syndrome, and heart-centered leadership! Just an awesome conversation on these important topics. Details below:

When a great leader walks into a room, chances are you can feel it instantly. There is something intangible that they exude that compels everyone to pay attention, give respect, and listen to what they have to say.

That is what leadership presence is. It’s the way you carry yourself, command the attention of everyone, and make an impact with everything you say and even with what you don’t say. How do you cultivate that as part of your personal brand as a leader?

Joining us on this forum is Natalie Jobity, an author, speaker, and Personal Brand Strategist at TheUnveiledWay.com. Natalie explains the key elements to leadership presence – Command, Communication, Confidence, and Clothing – and how each one can be optimized to cultivate the leader’s brand that you want to convey.

She also talks about her book, It’s Your Time to Shine Girl, and what it has to offer, especially to emerging women leaders who struggle with leaning into their brilliance and showing up as themselves. Tune in and be empowered by Natalie’s powerful and practical message to every aspiring leader!

TV Interview on TTT News’s In Depth with Dike Rostant

Natalie Jobity interview on TT News with Dike Rostant

What a pleasure to get an interview with TV host and journalist Dike Rostant while on vacation in Trinidad & Tobago! His show In Depth with Dike Rostant on TTT News features a variety of experts in their fields talking about how they make their impact in their leadership arena. The conversations are always layered and deep, leaving viewers much to reflect upon.

One of the things I shared in this interview (that I knew would be broadcast on Trinidad & Tobago TV) is how uncomfortable I am with visibility. But I explained that I am comfortable being uncomfortable in service to my mission and purpose which is ALL about empowerment and elevation.

When you operate in your purpose you truly become unstoppable.

Our conversation centered around my “why” in my work as a transformational leadership coach and a few key themes from my book, It's Your Time to Shine Girl. Highlights include:

  • -Why Unveiling one’s brilliance matters.

  • -What started my journey of empowering women.

  • -My inspiration for writing It's Your Time to Shine Girl and sharing my story in it.

  • - How my work as a leadership coach differs from the content in my book, It's Your Time to Shine Girl.

  • -Why I think many professional women play it small.

  • -What is the secret to elevating one's visibility without coming across as arrogant.

  • -How do I define “Leadership Presence.”

The Savor Series with Natalie Jobity & Keshawn Hughes

Join Leadership Coach Natalie Jobity and Neuro Coach Keshawn Hughes in their 4-week LinkedIn Live Savor Series!

So many women, especially the high-achievers among us, don’t fully grasp the beauty of savoring and what it means for our success, work, relationships, and self-care. We can’t fully tap into our brilliance because we haven’t learned to savor, pause, to integrate what we’re getting done. Because of this gap, so many of us can’t blaze that trail we’re uniquely designed to create, lead in the arena we’re called to, or help light the path and be the answered prayer that those who need our “It Factor” are longing for.

With a shared passion for growth and personal/professional transformation, Author, Leadership Coach & Personal Brand Strategist Natalie Jobity and Certified Neuro Coach Keshawn Hughes connected on LinkedIn in December 2021. From their very first conversation, they felt a special bond and synergy. Now, dozens of aha moments later, they’re taking a snippet of those calls live and inviting you to join in their 4-week LinkedIn Live Savor Series!

What is savoring, you say? We are so glad you asked! Natalie talks about savoring and celebrating in her new book, It’s Your Time to Shine Girl.  Order your copy and listen in to our Savor series as we share personal stories, ask questions, and explore interesting, neuroscience-based ways to savor life at work and home from day-to-day.

Natalie and Keshawn will break down the benefits and beauty of savoring in different aspects of our lives so we can all have richer, more gratifying, and meaningful experiences. We’ll also share how savoring helps not only boosts confidence but allows us to have a healthier work/life balance. We’ll share why we are addressing savoring because of the cost of NOT savoring and how it’s hampering us from truly enjoying our lives and lived experiences. Finally, we also share why we believe savoring is a form of rest—a different type of rest than we used to.

This four-part LinkedIn Live series will not only educate and inspire you but also motivate you to take the needed steps to get back to your body/mind/spirit’s natural rhythms. Throughout, Natalie and Keshawn will engage in organic authentic conversations about these topics with the goal of inviting you to reflect on what savoring looks like for you and why you need to engage in it to fully shine!

Grab your coffee, sit back, and listen to us riff on this topic as we engage and interact with you.

My Podcast Interview on "Your Stories Don't Define You How You Tell Them Will" With Sarah Elkins

It was SUCH a pleasure to be interviewed by coach, storyteller, and podcast host of the incredible "Your Stories Don't Define You How You Tell Them Will" podcast, Sarah Elkins for episode 262!

As fellow coaches and CliftonStrengths/StrengthsFinder aficionados, Sarah and I get into an engaging conversation that talks not just about the power of owning our strengths but how as humans we are on an evolutionary journey of growth and change is a huge part of that.

I share a story about a critical moment in my early life when I believed a certain narrative about my abilities and how that shaped my trajectory for years—a story that many people will relate to.

We talk about why so many women sometimes don't bring their full selves to work, why we often facet ourselves, and why we sometimes feel we must turn the volume down on aspects of ourselves.

We talked about the power of confidence building and how in my journey, doing the CliftonStrengths assessment helped me finally see my brilliance in a whole new light.

We also talked about the importance of coaches being invested in their own growth and development to support our clients with more capacity.

And of course, my book
It's Your Time to Shine Girl is in there too.

Listening to this interview is like listening to two like-minded women vibe and build on each other's perspectives in real-time. The time goes FAST. It is fully authentic, fun, and full of SO many gems.

Sarah is an amazing host and coach, and it was a pleasure to be part of her podcast guest tribe! I promise that you will learn so much from this conversation.
