Your Intuition is a Superpower

We are each equipped with an intuition that is potent, trustworthy, and aligned with our truth. But it’s our choice to value and leverage it as the superpower it is.

Our intuition, gut instincts, discernment, or "knowing" has been strong within us since we were kids, but many of us learned to deny it. We learn to trust others' reactions before our intuition, to question what we sense or know because we think, “Who am I to be right?”

Our gut instincts are SO strong, yet we learn to turn down the volume of our intuition until we don't even hear it anymore. Sometimes we learned to silence the voice inside us because we are afraid of what we'd understand; what would be unveiled.

In the past couple of years, I have learned to tune into my intuition. I've strengthened that muscle and it is liberating and powerful it is to have this gift to leverage in my life. I consider it as I do my discernment, a gift from the Holy Spirit.

Building your muscle of intuition and learning to value it over what your logic says is right is challenging but so important. I call it learning to defer to your heart versus your head.

What others may call irrational that you KNOW is truth needs airtime. It needs to be acknowledged and valued so you can use it. It is part of your secret sauce, what I call your Woo.

How can you tap into your intuition today?
